Archived Case Study

This page preserves the earlier write-up of a Konica Minolta collaboration focused on the future of meetings.

Client

Konica Minolta Business Innovation Center, London.

Challenge

Konica Minolta's UK Business Innovation Center asked us to investigate the design principles that could shape the future of meetings. The work aimed to establish a foundation for improving collaborative meeting experiences and to imagine how sensing and projection technologies might open new kinds of interaction.

Role

I was part of a three-person team covering user research, trends research, ideation, co-creation, and prototyping.

Method

The research focused on trends investigation, user research, and co-creation sessions. From that work we built a set of insights and design principles intended to guide future workplace collaboration.

Result

The final delivery was a set of guiding design principles for Konica Minolta's workplace hub platform, along with a concept vision for collaborative meetings that leveraged existing research and development and pointed toward richer forms of interaction.
